Our easy-to-use ‘breathwork coach’ guides you through three mood-enhancing breathing sequences that you can mimic with the soothing light as it dims and brightens.
 
These sequences include Balance, Release, and Clarity, which use different breathing techniques to help quieten your mind, relieve stress and tension, and calm your nervous system. 
 
Balance:
A harmonising rhythm of equal 5-second cycles to help quieten the mind and find a moment of mindfulness.  
 
Release:
A powerful technique of short 3 second inhales followed by a lengthy 6-second release, to relieve stress and tension.
 
Clarity: 
Also known as ‘Box Breath’, Clarity breath slows down your breathing cycle with a harmonising balance of four breath exercises. Inhale, hold…exhale hold to calm the nervous system.
 
With up to 6 hours of usage time, two mist settings, and a mini humidifier that improves air quality, the Chi is perfect for everyday use.
